1.You may not write anything obscene, abusive, profane, threatening, hateful, racist, ethnically offensive, personally defamatory, libelous, or slanderous.

2. Magical3D reserves the right to delete any thread at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice to the participant.

3. Magical3D accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted in the threads by others.

4.ALL GRAPHICS must have proper credits on them or they will be removed- with the exception of those provided by this forum itself ( ie smilies etc)

5. Tasteful nudity is permitted in the specific board designated for that purpose. You must ask for permission to enter this area. Please do NOT post any pornographic material. To do so may result in the removal of membership. Items containing nudity placed anywhere else on the boards will be deleted immediately without prior notice.

6.If a thread is deleted by a moderator and the offending user attempts to re-post a similar thread, it is possible that the user will lose "member" privileges

7.Abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in the ban of the involved members. If you have experienced abusive behavior from a community member, please inform a Forum Moderator .

8. We will do a clean sweep once every "3" months and those who have not posted at least once during that time will be deleted from membership.

9. Any member who continually violates these rules and conditions will have their membership removed.
